Please note: returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item is returned complete, including all original components and packaging, insofar as reasonably possible.

The item has only been handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Items where hygiene is relevant must be returned in a clean, unworn and unused condition.

Any defects must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Once received, returns will be processed within 7 working days, provided all conditions are met.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of excessive use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in Ireland or the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, as implemented in Ireland.
Cancellation Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal becomes effective once the returned goods have been received by us.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed automatically shortly after being placed.
If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. In such cases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt by returning the goods in accordance with this policy.
You may notify us of your intention to withdraw while the goods are in transit.
Return Shipping & Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, and returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend providing a shipping confirmation or tracking information to ensure proper handling of your return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding:

Original delivery costs (except where a more expensive delivery method than the standard option was chosen)
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
